The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover such a case, we will delete the information immediately.

4. No Insurance Coverage

Services provided through Renewed Wellness are not insurance products. Fees paid to Renewed Wellness or its Providers do not constitute insurance premiums. Users are responsible for all costs unless covered separately under their own insurance plan outside this Platform.

5. Telehealth and Consent

By using our telehealth services, you consent to receive care via electronic communications. You understand that there are limitations to telehealth, including the possibility of incomplete assessment or misdiagnosis. Providers will exercise their professional judgment regarding whether a condition is appropriate for telehealth.

6. Availability
